MANAGEMENT TEAM

Harley Stowell, CEO & Founder

Mr. Stowell has nearly 20 years of experience in technology and related Venture Capital fields. Prior to founding LineSider Technologies, Mr. Stowell Co founded and was CEO of LineSider Communications, a leading international provider of managed, secure IP voice and data communications for businesses and acquired in 2005. Prior to LineSider Communications, Mr. Stowell was CEO of PfN Technologies, a leading developer of IP network software and VPN systems for enterprise and network service provider markets. Prior to PfN, Mr. Stowell was President and a General Partner of Venture Quest Capital (VQC), the original backer of PfN, where he managed investments in companies developing network applications, software and infrastructure technology, establishing a strong track record of above average venture returns on investment. Mr. Stowell has extensive experience in the design and commercialization of applied networking systems, software, and architecture, and has formed many partnerships and investments within this arena. Mr. Stowell led VQC investments in PfN, WebCT (recently acquired by Black Board) and Custom Clothing Technology Corporation (acquired by Levi Strauss and Co) and served on the Board of Directors for these companies. Mr. Stowell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Boston University.

Ken Ferderer, CTO

Mr. Ferderer's career in information technology and telecom spans more than 13 years. Most recently he was Chief Information Officer for TelCove, overseeing their Information Technology department, systems, and strategy. Prior to Telcove, he served as Vice President, Chief Information Officer for Priority Telecom, a telecommunications company headquartered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. In his career, he has also held other senior-level IT positions at companies such as Cignal Global Communications, Level (3) Communications, and PKS Information Services. Mr. Ferderer received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology in Phoenix, Arizona, in 1991. An experienced and widely respected industry professional, Mr. Ferderer was named by Computerworld Magazine among their 2007 list of Premier 100 IT Leaders.

John Donnelly III, Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing

John Donnelly has two decades of global sales & marketing experience covering enterprise software and business development. He has helped to grow companies in the enterprise, IP telecommunications and financial services industries with continued success. He has enabled investors to reach liquidity and strong financial success with consistency. He joins LineSider Technologies from MetaCarta (Cambridge, MA) where as the Executive VP of Sales and Marketing, he helped the company grow revenues by over 50% and expand a public sector focused business into global media and energy. Donnelly also helped to secure the company’s long term energy business with an exclusive multi-year reseller transaction with Schlumberger. Prior to that, Donnelly was VP of the Americas Sales Team for Interwise Software (which was acquired by AT&T). Prior to that he was VP Worldwide Sales & Services for CoManage Corporation where he was in charge of all activity related to revenues and customer facing functions globally. While there he helped grow revenues by 66% and expanded the company all over the world. He was instrumental in setting the stage for the company’s acquisition by Syndesis, LTD. John has also held senior sales and marketing roles for Kabira Technologies, Inc. Synon Corporation (acquired by Computer Associates), Intellicorp, Inc., ParcPlace – Digitalk Systems (now Cincom) and Bachman Information Systems. Donnelly holds a BS in Entrepreneurial Studies and Marketing from Babson College. He was also a member of the NCAA Ice Hockey & Baseball teams while attending Babson.

Steve Ivanoski, CFO

Mr. Ivanoski is responsible for the financial activities of LineSider, and has over twenty years of financial and accounting experience. He has been responsible for the overall financial activities of technology companies including Windstar Technologies, Inc, an application software company, and OneWorld Software Solutions, Inc., an international software services company. He has been responsible for all areas of finance including accounting and controls, financial planning and analysis, tax, real estate, corporate services and investor relations. Mr. Ivanoski held the position of Senior Manager at the international accounting firm of KPMG where he provided accounting and consulting services to both public and private companies from development stage to those with over a billion dollars in revenue. He holds a BS in accounting from Babson College and is a CPA.

Matt Collins, COO

With LineSider since its inception, Mr. Collins has managed corporate legal affairs with primary focus on contracts; licensing and regulatory matters related to IP enabled services. Prior to Joining LineSider in 2004, Mr. Collins was the General Counsel of a Cambridge, Massachusetts based software company and before that an associate with the law firm, Foster, Swift, Collins and Smith P.C., located in Lansing, MI. Mr. Collins has a BA from Boston University’s Center for International Relations and a JD from the Thomas Cooley Law School.
