Mr. Cook is currently an executive with Gates Capital Corporation. Gates formed in 1992 as the successor to Langdon P. Cook & Co., Incorporated, founded in 1974.

Michael Overlock
Mr. Overlock retired in 1996 as a partner in Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he served as a member of its management committee, and retains the title of Senior Director to The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. Mr. Overlock also is an advisor to the Parthenon Group, a special partner with Cue Ball Group, and a trustee of Rockefeller University.

Charlie Moore
Mr. Moore retired as President of Trainer Wortham (First Republic Bank), a division of Merrill Lynch.
